Luca - with his son Roberto and daughter Monica -, have got to the 7th generation. They will welcome you with the simplicity and the warmth of a family-run hotel.
Roberto is the chef. His cousine is genuine: he cooks national dishes, some of them regional and traditional.tilizza ricette nazionali, regionali e della tradizione locale. During summer many products are "zero KM", thanks to the partnership with Bio factory farm "Maso Giomo" (www.masogiomo.it), which is run by Monica's husband. Wine is another family passion. Luca uses to select fine local and national wines.
The Hotel is in Brentonico quiet center, a few steps away from the tree park adn Monte Baldo Natural park.
The Hotel history starts a few century ago, in 1750.
It was a lodging, a place where wayfarer could find rest and relief, with their animal and with carriage. Later on, it became a colonial products small shop and a hotel in the end.
Even king Vittorio Emanuele III slept in the hotel rooms.
